Guitar Hero Encore Gets the Big 7.0

It looks like Guitar Hero Encore got the passing grade, but does not do much to stand out. GameSpot gives it a 7.0 and states that it has new songs, but seems like it was only polish added and nothing to speak of in the way of features.
