Here’s some new gameplay Sony released yesterday of the astonishing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception . It looks very promising for a game that isn’t out for another eleven  months. Check out Drake’s new melee attacks, and I spotted a sawed-off shotgun as well. Watch as they try to figure out how to escape the burning building. Part two after the jump. Looks pretty intense to me. What do you guys think?

Netflix, which is available as a stand-alone streaming application on the PS3 and XBOX360, is changing their pricing model effective today, Nov. 22, 2010 for U.S. customers. Netflix is adding a streaming-only option for 7.99 USD/mo., and they are tacking on a dollar to the monthly prices for the one- and two-disc at-a-time plans (raising the prices to $10 and $15/mo. respectively). Presumably this move is meant to make Netflix more competitive with the recently repriced Hulu+ service, which was reduced from $10 to $8/mo.

I’ve been in beta for a bit now, and I have to say the game is as amazing as it looks. The possibilities with these new features are definitely endless. I’ve actually played through some of the levels shown in these two clips! The sackbots can be very entertaining. Sackbot Video after the jump!!

Two New Little Big Planet 2 Featurettes

Some says that PlayStation Plus isn’t worth it, some say that they are still waiting to see if the service will even be worth the $50 a year. I am not sure how people can think it’s not worth it? I signed up when it first came out and have received more than my months worth. UbiSoft today released a video revealing yet another new playable character. This time you get to play as the female “Thief.” Hit the jump to see the video in “full color,” minus the blood. I guess it’s to make it “family” friendly, however it looks pretty weird with no blood, or even a cut, where there should be one.

The PS3 in the UK is about to get a whole lot better. This coming November the PS3 is getting Lovefilm, Europe’s largest rental service. From the looks of it, it looks like Netflix/Gamefly combined. You can rent games for the PS3/PSP, or movies whether they be Blu-ray or DVD by mail. If that’s to slow for you, then you can stream a movie using your computer.
