Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have officially completed their divorce. Once Elin found out about Tiger’s cheating, she left and never came back. As for Tiger, he’s now single once again. That said, I’m going to take a wild guess and say that Tiger is going to lay low for a couple months. Actually, make that a couple years. Tiger and Elin released a short statement through their lawyers: “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future.” According to various reports, Elin got about $750 million in the divorce. For her, marrying Tiger turned out to be a rather good investment. Since the sex scandal, Tiger’s golf game has really suffered. He hasn’t won anything and he looks like a shadow of his former self. It’ll be interesting to see if Tiger’s game improves or continues to decline now that he’s single. Next time, Tiger, think about a pre-nup. Also, be more careful about sand traps.
