Traffic sucks. However, you haven’t seen traffic like this epic traffic jam in China. This Chinese traffic jam has lasted more than ten days — TEN DAYS! And there is no end in sight! That makes even the worst traffic jam in the United States seem like a walk in the park. The amazing traffic jam in China is blamed on a combination of stalled vehicles and road construction. Look below to view a video of the traffic jam and see how the drivers pass the time. Some play games while others huddle in camps. It appears as if food has been taken off of the trucks stuck in traffic and handed out to the drivers. This traffic jam stretches for about 60 miles in Inner Mongolia. It’s unknown when the traffic jam will end. The Chinese government is saying that the construction will continue until September 17th. Traffic jams are going to get more and more popular in China. It is estimated that 2,000 cars a day are added to the roads in Beijing alone. That said, people will start walking or riding bikes if the alternative is another unending traffic jam.
